I grew up in Nogales, Arizona where my mother still lives. When I was young, I wanted to be either an astronaut or a geologist, because I was fascinated by space and rocks.  I grew up in a high-risk population, with family members getting sick with heart disease and diabetes. I had a lot of interest in healthy food and its importance to our health. Our patients at Mountain Park remind me of my family, and I love the diversity here in general.

I may be very shy, but I’m never timid or intimidated by doing things. I enjoy hiking, CrossFit, watching sporting events, and anything related to music.
