Phoenix has always been home for me, except while I was away in Pennsylvania for school. I remember wanting to grow up to be Wonder Woman, able to save the helpless and fight off the enemy. I grew up “caught in the middle,” not having health insurance yet my family made too much to have many resources offered to us. I knew that was something I wanted to be able to change for others.
Before coming to Mountain Park I worked in an emergency room, and under-served patients seemed to get treated differently. Nobody deserves to be treated differently just because of the situation they’re in. Our patients need us, and they’re very appreciative of the care we’re able to provide for them at Mountain Park. I have a heart and passion for serving our patients and am thankful to be able to.
My husband and I have been married for over 30 years, and we have two adult kids… four, now that they’re both married. We’ve also got a mutt named Billy. We enjoy spending as much time outside as we can, and love to go hiking, biking and just being together as a family.
