I grew up in western New York and moved to Arizona when my husband got a job here. He’s an archaeologist and spends his summers researching in Peru. I was a swimmer through high school and college and found the connection between athletics and clinical care to be a natural transition. I had always heard good things about Mountain Park and found myself very lucky to have been offered a position here. My style is to actively demonstrate, participate in interventions with patients and try to leave the professional jargon out of the conversation when asking people to make changes regarding their health.
When I’m not at work I spend a lot of time reading, particularly crime and mystery novels, and spending time with my husband and two cats. Now that we have a house, I’m looking forward to adding to my pet population!
