Growing up, I wanted to be a doctor. All of my family is back in Nepal, and my grandmother was sick when I little, so I figured if I were a doctor, I’d be able to help her. I miss them a lot, but the US has given me lots of opportunities, a great education and a high quality of life. I come from a country with less resources, where helping people by practicing medicine is a privilege. That’s exactly what I feel when I am able to care for the patients at Mountain Park.
I like helping people, I do a lot of volunteering, especially in health centers. Mountain Park helps the community, and I love to care for them.
