Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Proffessions

Originally from Nebraska, I moved to Tucson with my husband Chris seven years ago. In April, my husband got a job transfer and we moved to Phoenix. I have loved Arizona since my service learning trip during Pharmacy school to the Navajo Reservation in Chinle.

As a little girl I always liked science and had an interest in healthcare. In high school, my guidance counselor introduced me to Pharmacy and it caught my interest right away. Chris and I met at Creighton University, and now we both work in Pharmacy. We have two boys, a two-year old and a five-month old. It’s such a great feeling being a mom and watching them grow up together.

I decided to join Mountain Park because I want to use my training to help improve our society. I love that Mountain Park has a huge focus on teamwork and that it’s a nonprofit organization.

In my free time, when I’m not working or taking care of my boys, I enjoy watching documentaries and going to the museum. If I could, I would go to college for the rest of my life because I love learning and reading nonfiction. A couple years ago I learned how to play golf, so occasionally I will go out there and swing the club a bit.
