Equity, Diversity & Engagement
Values based on making you feel welcomed, respected and connected.
We don’t believe anyone should be left out, which is why we invest resources to better understand our community and their needs. Helping our patients overcome language barriers is one way we do this.
Our goal is to provide affordable healthcare in a way that shows respect, understanding and care. Everyone at Mountain Park receives training in cultural sensitivity and adaptability to make our patients feel at ease and listened to.
The voices of our patients and communities are important to us. See how we come together to improve our communities.

Reducing Barriers to Health
At Mountain Park Health Center, we work hard to provide our patients with affordable, high-quality care that goes beyond the exam room. We know our patients face obstacles that at times limit them from receiving proper care. That is why we are always adapting to the needs of our community.
By offering free transportation to and from our clinics, on-demand interpretation services and increased access to healthy foods, we are breaking down barriers and improving our patients' well-being and health. Click on the icons below to see what we are doing to reduce barriers in our community.
