Chief Financial Officer
When I was young I wanted to be a park ranger. I have wonderful memories of my family vacationing in the western U.S., camping, hiking, fishing and just generally enjoying nature. To date, I still find being in the outdoors a great way to relax.
I discovered community health 15-plus years ago when I joined a large community center in Dallas as their Chief Financial Officer. Using my knowledge and skills to help an organization whose sole purpose was to make people’s lives better has been tremendously rewarding. It only takes one small change to have a positive impact on many.
When I got the call to join the Mountain Park family, it was an easy decision to move to Phoenix. The mission of Mountain Park spoke to me and the sense of service and community is so strong from every level of the organization. From my first day at Mountain Park, I got a sense that this is more than a place people come to work, it’s a family.
I am a native Texan. My wife Kym and I have been married for more than 30 years. In addition to our two grown children we have two cats and a chocolate lab. In our spare time we enjoy camping, hiking and the random home improvement project. We are looking forward to the next exciting chapter in our lives as Arizonians.

Fun fact: I am a bit of a food-TV junkie. I like to spend time cooking and trying new recipes.
