I wanted to be a scientist when I was little, but I ultimately decided to become a doctor because I love working with people as much as I love solving puzzles.  I especially love working with children and families, so being a pediatrician is the perfect job for me!  I am very proud of the integrative healthcare model at Mountain Park Health Center and all the services we have to offer for our pediatric patients and their families!

Though I was born in California, I’ve lived in Arizona long enough to consider it my home.  I’ve been married since 2006 and am the only male in our household.  The girls in my home are my wife, 2 daughters, a dog, 2 cats and 2 guinea pigs.  In my spare time, I like to listen to music, watch sports and maintain our yard.  I also volunteer at both of my daughters’ schools and am active in the American Academy of Pediatrics.  Most people don’t know that I am also a master scuba diver who once spent a week in the Galápagos Islands diving with whale sharks.
