I grew up in northern Utah, and one of my early childhood memories was wanting to be a forest ranger. I love being outdoors, especially running, biking, hiking, and climbing. My favorite outdoor spot in Arizona is the Superstitions.

As I grew older I realized I wanted to serve a large number of people, and that’s when I began studying medicine. What I love most about Mountain Park is working with other clinical professionals, like our Behavioral Health Consultants and Clinical Pharmacists, to provide our patients with care as soon as possible. Sometimes our patients are hesitant because they don’t want to wait for more than they have to, but when they realize how quick an Integrated Health Specialist is in the room they get excited and appreciate the extra services.

I believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. We can save a lot of heartache by preventing health issues before they become major problems.
