From a young age, I knew I wanted to work with children. When a close family friend battled cancer at the age of three, I saw the way his nurses were able personalize care for a child going through a traumatic experience. From that experience on, I knew I wanted to go into healthcare and help children specifically.

I approach my work with a work smarter not harder mentality. I do my best to think outside the box and make healthcare as efficient as possible. Sometimes the traditional way of doing something may not be the most effective and we need to take a different approach to meet the patient’s needs.

If I wasn’t working in healthcare, I’d be traveling the world with just a backpack and seeing as many beaches as possible.
