I am an Arizona Native and proud Sun Devil alumni. I believe that you must focus on something positive to get through life’s toughest moments. Through nutrition, I am able to bring hope for better health. By encouraging others to nourish their bodies with whole foods, so that they can live limitless, joyful, and energized lives. You can do so much by eating right, like preventing obesity and various diseases. I chose pediatrics as my specialty because we form habits from day one and making good choices is so important to staying healthy.

Everyone who works at Mountain Park is so focused on keeping our patients accountable to reach their goals. Here I can bring my skills and mold young minds about food choices and the importance of staying active. As an All Kids Can teacher, I am able to teach families how to make positive lifestyle changes. I identify with the patients that we serve because diversity is important to me. Spanish was my first language so I feel that I can relate to our patients and help break barriers.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, getting lost in art and crafts, trying new foods, and baking sweets. I value spending time with family and friends, and my sweet Miniature Schnauzer Fitzgerald. Laughter and having fun is so important to our health, so I go to comedy shows and sporting events as much as I can.
