I joined the Air Force before going to college. When I got out of the military, I started going to occupational therapy and enjoyed it and decided to pursue a career in healthcare. Here at Mountain Park, I get to work in community health which is really rewarding. 

Healthcare is a team effort, and I don’t ever treat my patients as if I’m the one with all the answers. I’m here to educate and motivate them but will always share in the decision-making process. It’s my job to provide them with as much information as possible and present all options so they can make the decision that is best for them. 

If I wasn’t in healthcare, I think I’d like to be a forest ranger. I love nature and being outdoors.
