Education: University of Rochester
My ancestors immigrated to Ohio, and after growing up in Columbus, my parents and I were the first American generation in my family to leave the state. I always wanted to be a physician because I wanted to be able to provide medical care to the people who really needed it. The personal reward of working directly with individuals and communities in medicine is always increasing for me. I love working with Mountain Park because of their commitment to ideals of the medical care home, eliminating barriers to healthcare, and coordinating entire health services for our patients.
I have a female spouse who practices adult medicine, and we have a multilingual and multicultural extended family. We hold dear our shared spiritual life. Outside of work I am particularly interested in international and social affairs and world music, especially music from non-mainstream world communities. The gifts I’ve received in life are what make me the person I am today.
