I chose to work in healthcare because of my interest in learning about the mind and body and how to best care for ourselves. I was drawn to Mountain Park because I value the diversity, mission, and commitment to community that define the organization, and I am excited to be part of a team that prioritizes compassionate, inclusive care.
When patients come to an appointment with me, they can expect to be heard and supported by a provider who is genuinely invested in their health and overall well-being. I believe healthcare is made up of many moving pieces, and I strive to consider all aspects of a patient’s life when working together on health goals.
Respect and connection are central to how I practice, and I make every effort to treat each person with the care and dignity they deserve. Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music, playing games, cycling, tending to plants, and spending time with family and friends. Growing up, I dreamed of being a singer or pop star, and music remains an important part of my life—I am a musician and love to sing and play the violin.
I incorporate wellness into my own life by setting aside time for rest, exercise, creative hobbies, and meaningful time with loved ones.
