I remember when I was 13, I figured I was going to grow up someday and be a mother, and that I was going to have more questions than anyone was able to handle, so I need to be a doctor.

When kids tell me what they want to be when they grow up, like a soccer player for example, I tell them I think it’s great; and I also bring the reality with questions like, “Well you know you need to go to school for that, right?” I try and see if there’s a chance to sow a seed, to inspire them.

I love working at Mountain Park. The staff is amazing. The doctors here have been here for years, decades even. For us it’s really about the patients and the population.
