I grew up in Phoenix and have known I wanted to be a doctor since I was 5-years old. I have always been interested in the human body and knew I wanted to serve others that needed help.

My parents are immigrants from Peru and I am fluent in Spanish, which really comes in handy at our clinics. I like being able to make those personal connections that are so important between families and their pediatrician. Mountain Park has allowed me to stay close to home while working with a diverse group of patients, which is important to me. I like working with all ages but especially love that interaction with our adolescent patients.

My husband Michael and I like to travel internationally. Outside of visiting Peru, we have also visited many places like Ireland, New Zealand (which is my favorite) and Australia. When we are in town we love checking out the local scene, especially near downtown Phoenix. There are so many great restaurants and places to visit within walking distance of our home. I like to think I’m pretty adventurous when we are out and about.
