Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Mountain Park Health Center is looking for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our well established and accredited team of providers. As one of the preferred Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) in Arizona, our mission is to sustain and improve health by providing excellent, patient-centered primary care.   As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will be working in one of our primary care clinics as an integrated team member and will deliver brief consultation-based services including behavioral interventions for psychological, mental, and physical conditions in patients of all ages.  LCSW’s also have the opportunity to provide traditional counseling/therapy to our pediatric and adolescent patients.
