Baseline Clinic Pharmacy 

The Baseline Clinic Pharmacy is an on-site pharmacy available exclusively to Mountain Park patients. Located inside our newly renovated Jesse Owens Clinic — just across the parking lot from the original Baseline Pharmacy — we offer convenient access to the medications and support you need after your visit.

Most prescriptions can be filled the same day. You can call the pharmacy at (602) 323-3435 to verify a prescription, request a refill, or complete a quick refill online. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We understand that managing medications can feel overwhelming. That’s why our pharmacists work closely with your Care Team to support you with side effects, drug interactions, and any questions you or your family may have. Our goal is to provide you with quality, coordinated care as part of your fully integrated Mountain Park health team.
