At Mountain Park Health Center, we meet people where they are. Our harm reduction services focus on keeping you safe, informed and supported. We understand that substance use is complex, and we’re here to help without judgment.

Get Narcan for Free/Obtenga Narcan gratis

Mountain Park offers free Narcan kits to patients and community members. You don’t need to be a patient to receive it. To get your free Narcan kit you can:

  • Stop by any of our clinics.
  • Ask your primary care provider during your next appointment. If you do not have a primary care provider, give us a call at (602) 243-7277. If you don’t have insurance, we can help you apply for AHCCCS and other benefits. Click here to learn more.

Harm reduction is about keeping people alive and supported. If you or someone you care about is struggling with substance abuse, Mountain Park offers:

  • Primary care and behavioral healthcare services. We accept most insurances plans including AHCCCS.
  • Referrals to treatment and support programs.
  • HIV and Hepatitis C testing.

You are not alone. We are here to listen, support and guide you without judgment.
