Sports Physicals: Preparing Your Athlete for a Safe and Healthy Season

Sports physicals are more than a routine requirement—they’re an important opportunity to assess your child’s readiness to participate in athletic activities. During the visit, we check for any underlying health concerns, evaluate growth and development, ensure vaccinations are up to date, and screen for conditions that may affect performance or safety. We accept most insurance plans, including AHCCCS, to make it easy for your student-athlete to get cleared and confident for the season ahead.

Annual check-ups help ensure your child:

Meets all school and sports participation requirements
Is current on all recommended vaccinations
Receives a basic dental screening
Benefits from early detection of potential health issues
Has the opportunity to meet with a registered dietitian or a member of our behavioral health team
