Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Mountain Park Health Center is looking for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our well established and accredited team of providers. As a large Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Arizona, we are dedicated to sustaining and improving health by providing excellent, patient-centered primary care.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be working in one of our primary care clinics as an integrated team member and will deliver brief consultation-based services including behavioral interventions for psychological, mental, and physical conditions in patients of all ages. Licensed Clinical Social Workers also have the opportunity to provide traditional counseling/therapy to patients age 6 and older.
