I’m a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice based at our Baseline Clinic. I’m originally from Phoenix, have three kids, and I fell in love with the medical field working as a pediatric nurse. During my ten-year tenure at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, I decided to go back to school to pursue a doctorate degree in nursing.

After starting out at a private practice, I gained a lot of valuable experience, but I knew that I wanted to spend more time with patients than what a practice could allow. A school friend who had started working at Mountain Park mentioned the integrated model of healthcare and patient-centric approach, so I decided to pursue a career with Mountain Park.

An educator at heart, I feel it’s important to help patients understand all the medical information they are presented, and it’s equally important that providers lead with clear and useful communication. I appreciate and value diversity along with the many rich and unique ways that cultures are represented. I love learning from others, listening closely to patients, and believe this is key to establishing good communication. In my free time, I enjoy reading, dancing, and going on vacation with my family. In fact, I’ve been to four different continents and seven countries so far! I also love distance running, camping and kayaking.
