I’ve always had a passion for helping people and a love for science, and as an athlete, I became especially interested in nutrition and how it directly impacts health. That passion led me to pursue a career as a dietitian.
What drew me to Mountain Park is the opportunity to support underserved communities and be part of a team that truly values preventative care. I believe strongly in helping people stay healthy before problems arise, and I love being part of an organization that shares that commitment. The collaboration across teams here makes a real difference in the lives of our patients and our community.
My approach to care focuses on mindful eating and nourishing the body in a way that supports both physical and mental health. I believe in balance and helping patients build a healthy relationship with food. During our visits, you can expect me to listen closely, understand your current habits and goals, and work alongside you to create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. I’m here to support you—whether that means encouragement, education, or helping you stay accountable as you make lasting changes.
Outside of work, I prioritize balance in my own life by starting my mornings with self-care, like working out, and spending time with family in the evenings. Building trust and strong relationships with patients has been one of the most important lessons I’ve learned in healthcare—it’s the foundation for helping people make real, lasting changes. If I weren’t working in healthcare, I’d likely be coaching, teaching, or supporting others in a similar way. I value diversity deeply and enjoy learning from the many different backgrounds and experiences of the patients and communities we serve.
