I’ve always been drawn to healthcare. Even as a child, I naturally gravitated toward caring for others, so becoming a dental professional felt like a perfect fit.

I was inspired to join Mountain Park because of my passion for public health and ensuring that everyone has access to quality care. When patients come to see me, they can expect empathy, understanding, and thorough education tailored to their specific dental needs.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned throughout my career is the value of listening. Many patients simply want to be heard, and taking the time to understand their perspective can make all the difference.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughter and my corgi, Ace. I’m also dedicated to staying active through yoga, lifting weights, meal prepping, and getting my 10,000 steps in each day. If I weren’t in healthcare, I’d likely be a full‑time yoga and fitness instructor.

A fun fact about me: I can stand on my head!
