I decided to get into healthcare after seeing people struggle and need help with nutrition. I love Mountain Park’s approach to healthcare with the Integrated Healthcare model. We can take care of all their needs while they are here.

I strongly believe in preventive care over treating a disease and a great way to do that is through nutrition. My patients can expect me to always meet them where they are and to be treated with zero judgement.

I’m really active so when I’m not at work, I enjoy weightlifting, hiking and I am learning to rock climb.
