You know the feeling you get when you make a difference in someone’s life? I’ve always wanted to be able to provide that for people. That’s the main reason why I chose to work in healthcare.
Coming to Mountain Park, from working in private practice most of my life, has been life changing. You are helping a different group of people, doing the same thing that you have been doing all your life, but feel so much more appreciated. I like the integrated care model because it focuses on the patient as a whole—body, mind, and soul. I think my positive personality and a huge amount of compassion makes Mountain Park a perfect fit for me.
Outside of work I enjoy hiking Papago, practicing yoga, and I love to travel and spend time with my family and friends. Something people may not know about me is that I enjoy rollerblading too! I have lived in Arizona most of my life but was born in Minnesota. I have a daughter who lives in Phoenix and a son that is in Milwaukee. I love animals, but lost my dog a couple of years ago and haven’t been able to get myself to get another one, but I will someday.
