Although I’m from Minneapolis, Minnesota and went to school in Nebraska, I absolutely love living in Arizona. I’m an outdoors kind of person, and even during the hot summer months you’ll find me running marathons. I also enjoy hiking, playing with my dog and spending time with family.
As a dietitian I believe the best thing I can do for my patients is set them up for lifelong success. So when you have an appointment with me, we’ll work together to find ways that you can help yourself long-term. I’ll give you the resources you need to keep yourself healthy through nutrition. I do believe that eating right is the most effective way to stay healthy and avoid illness. I also believe that a simple smile can brighten someone’s day, so you know I’ll always be a happy ray of sunshine when I walk in the room!
The most important thing I’ve learned working at Mountain Park is you can never judge a book by its cover. It’s important for me to get to know every patient and really understand everyone’s individual characteristics. Then we can work together to find out how I can best help you.
I love and appreciate the different kinds of patients we see at Mountain Park. Whether it’s talking to patients in a shared language or having an interpreter in the room with us, I’m able to find a way to work together to find solutions that meet your individual needs.
