I chose psychology because I’ve always been fascinated by how the mind works and why people do what they do. I love using that knowledge to help people understand themselves and reach their goals. I came to Mountain Park because I believe everyone deserves great healthcare. I wanted to be part of a team that supports the community and makes care easier to access for everyone.

When you meet with me, you’ll get a non-judgmental and supportive ear. I’ll meet you where you are, help you find what works for your life—and maybe throw in a little humor when it helps. One thing I’ve learned in this work is that everyone has a story, and most people are doing the best they can with what they have.

Outside of work, I stay active playing softball, coaching my son’s teams, spending time on the water, or exploring new places with family and friends. I believe in balance—staying active, getting good sleep, and still enjoying pizza or a milkshake now and then!

Fun fact: I’ve rollerbladed in the Australian X-Games, hiked the Chilkoot Trail, and made my first mix tape with a cassette and the radio!
