My work in healthcare is driven by a desire to guide patients toward a path where they feel empowered to live their best lives and receive the support and care they deserve. What drew me to Mountain Park Health Center was the integrated care model. I truly value the way mental and physical health are treated together, rather than as separate pieces, because both are deeply connected.

When you meet with me, you can expect compassion, understanding, and a safe space to be heard. I take the time to listen and provide the information needed to help you make the best decisions for your health.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in healthcare is the importance of being an active learner and listener. Every patient brings unique experiences, and it’s essential to approach each interaction with openness and respect.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, exercising, and going to concerts. I also prioritize my own wellness by eating healthy and attending yoga and boot camp classes. If I hadn’t chosen healthcare, I likely would have pursued a career in fitness or worked with animals. I originally wanted to be a veterinarian! A fun fact about me is that I’m obsessed with goats and hope to have a small farm one day!
