When I was younger, I had family that utilized behavioral health services. I appreciated all their work and saw it as something I would like to do as well. I come from a non-judgmental standpoint and have an open mind. My appointments are quick but it’s important my patients leave feeling better than when they walked in.

I encourage everyone to find time to decompress every day. Build up your community and support system around you! I like to bake and cook and love our Arizona weather! I enjoy hiking, kayaking, reading and hanging out with my nieces and nephews.
