I chose a career in healthcare because I am passionate about helping people achieve better overall health. I enjoy building meaningful relationships with patients and empowering them through education so they can take an active role in their oral and overall well-being. After two decades in private practice, I was excited to join an organization that prioritizes health equity and makes quality healthcare accessible to those who need it most.

What drew me to Mountain Park Health Center was its integrated, patient-centered approach to care and its strong commitment to serving underserved communities. As an affiliated practice dental hygienist, I enjoy collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care that supports the whole patient.

When you visit me, you can expect a gentle and thorough appointment where your concerns are heard and addressed with compassion and respect. I believe in taking the time to listen, clearly explain treatment recommendations, and provide personalized preventive care in a comfortable environment.

One of the most important lessons I have learned throughout my healthcare career is that trust and communication are just as important as clinical skills. When patients feel heard, respected, and understood, they are more likely to engage in their care and achieve better health outcomes.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, volunteering, reading, and staying active through yoga and Pilates. I also prioritize my own wellness through balanced nutrition, daily movement, meditation, and quality rest. These practices help me stay grounded, energized, and fully present for both my patients and loved ones.
