Growing up, I was surrounded by family members who worked in healthcare, but I quickly realized my path was less about the medical side and more about supporting people in understanding themselves and building the tools they need to thrive.

Mountain Park felt like the right fit from the beginning. I was drawn to the way we care for the whole person, not just a diagnosis or label. That approach aligns with how I see my role. With each visit, I aim to create a true partnership. I bring my knowledge and training, and you bring your expertise on yourself. Together, we identify challenges and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.

Working in healthcare has taught me that learning never stops. I continue to grow through ongoing education, collaboration with colleagues, and, most importantly, through the experiences and perspectives my patients and their families share with me.

Outside of work, I enjoy creative hobbies like painting and sewing log cabin quilts, as well as reading, spending time with my family, and playing with my dogs. If I hadn’t chosen healthcare, I might have pursued archaeology. It’s always been a fascinating interest of mine! I also like to keep my own wellness a priority by staying active, eating well, and following through on my own healthcare.

Fun fact: I played the flute in marching band in middle school and even had the opportunity to perform at Disneyland, helping lead the Lion King parade—an experience I’ll never forget!
