Family Medicine
Our Family Practice team is dedicated to promoting the ongoing health and wellness of every member of your family. This allows us the opportunity to understand family health conditions and patterns to provide the best possible care. We can help with complete physicals, screening tests, preventive care, and more.
Integrated Healthcare
Dedicated to providing a whole-health solution to your healthcare needs, our facility provides integrated care, which includes registered dietitians, clinical pharmacists, and behavioral health consultants. Our goal is to address the physical health needs as well as mental health concerns for you and your entire family in a comfortable and caring environment.
On-Site Lab
We offer on-site lab services for your convenience. No need to travel to an offsite lab to get blood tests and other lab work done. Our technicians will get the work done quickly, and results submitted promptly to you and your medical team for review and assessment.
Pediatrics
Your child will receive excellent care from our knowledgeable and compassionate pediatrics team. Our highly-skilled providers will be focused on your child’s health and well-being from birth through his or her adolescent years. We seek to create a comfortable, positive and family-centered environment for you and your child.
Women’s Health
Our facility specializes in women’s health services from well-women care through menopause. Our goal is to keep you well and healthy through all ages and stages of your life. You’ll receive comprehensive health management, disease prevention, and risk awareness services, as well as pregnancy and delivery care and family planning assistance. You’ll find our caring and compassionate staff is focused on your individual healthcare needs.
WIC
Our WIC staff serves pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to age five. We offer nutrition and breastfeeding education, access to nutritious foods, and other healthcare referrals as needed. The WIC team is truly focused on supporting the unique health needs of mothers and their young children.
