Deciding to work in healthcare was driven by my desire to serve a diverse population and the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages and in various departments. This profession allows me to engage with people at all stages of their lives, meeting them where they are and providing the care they need. The dynamic nature of healthcare, where each day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference, is something that I find incredibly fulfilling.

Joining Mountain Park was a natural choice for me because of the commitment to delivering the best possible care. The integrated health setting and collaborative work environment, where Care Teams focus on direct patient care, align perfectly with my professional values. During appointments, I strive to understand each patient’s unique situation by asking about their mental history, life stressors, and available resources. My goal is to offer comprehensive support tailored to their needs.

Working in healthcare has taught me the importance of meeting people where they are and understanding what they are ready for at each stage of their lives. In another life outside of healthcare, I would be involved in equine therapy combining my love for horses with my passion for helping others. I also value diversity in the workplace, recognizing the rich perspectives and experiences that people from various backgrounds bring to every situation. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, hiking with my dog, horseback riding, and being immersed in nature. To incorporate wellness into my own life, I prioritize being active, spending time in nature, and nurturing my relationships with loved ones.
