My path into healthcare was shaped by long‑term health struggles growing up, which motivated me to become a compassionate and helpful provider for others.
I was drawn to Mountain Park Health Center because of its long history of providing accessible healthcare and its commitment to compassionate, community‑focused care. I knew the workplace environment would be filled with supportive colleagues, and I wanted to be part of an organization that directly impacts quality of life and helps patients thrive.
When patients come to an appointment with me, my goal is for them to feel heard and seen without judgment. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in healthcare is that truly listening to the patient is the most efficient and productive skill a provider can have. Open communication and mutual respect are central to how I practice, and I strive to create an environment where everyone, including myself, feels comfortable speaking up.
Outside of work, I enjoy practicing yoga, going on walks and hikes, and spending time at the movie theater. Growing up, I wanted to be a dentist—mostly because I always got lollipops after appointments. I incorporate wellness into my own life by teaching yoga, walking daily, and making sure I take care of myself so I don’t get too hungry or burnt out. A fun fact about me is that I grew up practicing martial arts, and my older brother and I bonded through sparring.
