I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare because of my own experience with anxiety during college. Those challenges inspired me to study and research ways to help others facing similar struggles.  
My approach is always centered on compassion and understanding. When patients meet with me, they can expect a peaceful, nonjudgemental environment where I meet them where they are. 

Working in healthcare has taught me that roles can easily reverse, we all face struggles, and that is what drew me to Mountain Park the integrated healthcare model. I love how it focuses on the whole person’s well-being when addressing mental health symptoms.  
Outside of work, I enjoy CrossFit, playing soccer, and spending time with my 4-year-old son.  
A fun fact about me is that I’m a competitive Olympic weightlifter!
