I’ve always loved science and working with kids, so becoming a Physician Assistant felt like the perfect fit. I moved to Arizona in 1999 for PA school and have been serving the community ever since.

When you bring your child in for an appointment, I like to keep things fun while making sure their needs are met. I also believe in educating and empowering both kids and parents, because listening and learning together makes a big difference.

If I weren’t in healthcare, I’d probably be a veterinarian because I love animals! In fact, I have three dogs and a cat at home. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling with my husband, and spending time with my twin daughters, who are currently at ASU.

Spanish was my first language, and I learned English by watching Sesame Street!
