I was born and raised in North Wales in the United Kingdom. Growing up I developed a passion for health and fitness; I enjoyed helping people and I loved to travel, which ultimately led me into my nursing career and eventually the move to the U.S. in 2000. My background is in Emergency Medicine. I loved the diversity and different experiences I saw daily, and so with the ongoing desire to make a difference in patient’s lives, I joined the team at Mountain Park Health Center in 2013.

As a nurse practitioner it’s important to me to treat my patients the same way as I would like to be treated. To provide high quality evidence-based and collaborative-based health care, and to empower my patients to be in control of their own health.

I am married and have young twins. I love spending time with my family and friends. I have a brown belt in judo, I played netball for my country, and I also love to snowboard.
