I was inspired to pursue a career in healthcare by my grandmother, who always dreamed of becoming a nurse. Her encouragement helped spark my passion for caring for others.

Working at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) had been a dream of mine since completing clinical hours at an FQHC during my education. I was drawn to Mountain Park because of its commitment to serving the community and ensuring everyone has access to quality healthcare.

When you come to see me, you can expect a provider who will listen carefully and do my best to address your concerns. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in healthcare is that patients need to feel heard and understood. Building trust and creating a supportive environment are at the heart of the care I provide.

I believe respect starts with leading by example and treating every person with dignity and compassion. I strive to help create an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and cared for.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading for both entertainment and personal growth, spending time with my grandchildren who bring me endless joy, staying active at the gym, and relaxing in the sauna. If I weren’t working in healthcare, I would probably be pursuing something in science, psychology, or even meteorology because I’ve always been fascinated by how people think and how the world works.

I also make wellness a priority by getting enough sleep, staying active, and making time for meaningful connections with the people I care about. And here’s a fun fact about me: I’ve always joked that I wanted to be a backup dancer when I grew up! Another interesting story is that I was told my mom got my name from Stevie Wonder’s song Isn’t She Lovely… even though the song was apparently released after I was born.
