Over the years, I explored a variety of mental health settings, and eventually I wanted to return to a clinical environment, one that brought me back to the work I truly enjoy. That’s what led me to Mountain Park.

When patients meet with me, they can expect a relaxed, calm, and open environment where they’re free to share whatever they need. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are. While I bring clinical expertise to the room, I also recognize that I am stepping into their life experience, not the other way around.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in this field is the value of listening without interruption. Being present, rather than inserting my own thoughts too quickly, helps build trust and creates space for real progress.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my cat, reading, traveling, and being with friends. Wellness is a big part of my life. I stay active by lifting at the gym and maintaining a balanced daily routine.

A fun fact about me: I went to graduate school in New York City and lived in Manhattan near Times Square during my early 20s.
