I have always loved science and helping people making it a natural fit to work in healthcare. I worked in community health when my children were young and once, they started school, I knew it was a great time to return to a community health clinic setting!

During a visit with me, I look at patients as a whole person and not just at their health issues. So many life experiences can affect health and it’s important I know their story before suggesting a certain treatment. It’s important to me that my patients know I care about them.

If I weren’t in healthcare, I would definitely be a science teacher because I would still be helping people! In fact, I was on path become a teacher all the way through my senior year of college.

I spent my free time with my family traveling, going to dinner and just enjoying our time with each other.
