I am a third generation Arizonan who loves the desert sky, saguaros and the never-ending sunshine.  When I’m not enjoying my time in the desert, or living among New York City skyscrapers, (my husband is Rector of the historic Trinity Episcopal Church in New York City), my bags are packed and I’m ready to explore new places and cultures.

Before retiring two years ago, I provided legal advice to healthcare organizations from small to large, nonprofit to for-profit; public to private. I spent the last fifteen years as in-house counsel with Mayo Clinic. After retirement, my commitment to improving our health care delivery systems, increasing access to care, and reducing health disparities remains strong – if not stronger given today’s growing challenges. For this reason, I am serving my second term on the Mountain Park Health Center Board. I have witnessed their unwavering dedication to quality medical care to all, regardless of ability to pay.
