I am passionate about doing work that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives, which is what drew me to a career in healthcare. At Mountain Park Health Center, I have the opportunity to work create better access to healthcare for patients and support them on their wellness journey. I am committed to partnering with my patients and ensuring their individual needs, goals, and preferences are always part of the conversation.

When patients meet with me, they can expect to be heard and respected. I believe people should play an active role in their own healthcare decisions, and I work closely with each patient to develop a plan that aligns with their unique needs and priorities. One of the most important lessons I have learned is that patients themselves are often the best source of information about their health. Taking the time to listen carefully and understand their concerns is essential to providing the best care possible.

Respect is at the heart of every patient interaction. I strive to create a welcoming environment where people feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working together toward their health goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring local farmers markets, attending concerts, and taking our dog to the park. I also enjoy discovering healthy ways to prepare meals using fresh, locally grown produce. Staying active is important to me, and I like incorporating exercise into enjoyable activities such as bike riding and water aerobics.

I grew up in Central Oregon, where I spent much of my time enjoying the area’s lakes, rivers, hiking trails, and other outdoor adventures. That connection to nature continues to influence how I approach wellness today, encouraging me to find balance through healthy habits, movement, and time spent outdoors whenever possible.

Fun fact: Growing up in Central Oregon gave me access to countless outdoor adventures, and I still love exploring nature whenever I have the opportunity.
