I am passionate about helping people feel their best. I’ve always believed that when someone is in pain, whether dental or medical, it can affect every part of their life, and I don’t want that for anyone. That belief is what led me to a career in healthcare.

I was drawn to Mountain Park Health Center because of its commitment to serving patients from all backgrounds and income levels. I also value the wide range of services offered, including programs like WIC and access to food distributions at some locations. Being part of an organization that looks beyond traditional care and addresses the whole person is important to me.

When you come in for a visit, you can expect to feel heard and supported. I want you to know we’re on the same team. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you can openly share your thoughts, worries, and concerns, and where we can work together to meet your needs.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in over 30 years of working in dental offices is how deeply people care for one another. I’ve seen coworkers go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable, and I’ve seen families make sacrifices to ensure their loved ones receive care. It’s incredibly meaningful to witness that compassion every day.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my first grandchild and being outdoors whenever the weather allows. My husband and I love hiking, fishing, and even competing in bass fishing tournaments when we can. If I weren’t working in healthcare, I might have pursued a career as a real estate agent or esthetician. Growing up, though, I dreamed of being a dolphin trainer!

I also prioritize my own wellness by staying on top of regular checkups, maintaining healthy habits, and staying active. I believe it’s important to practice what I encourage in my patients.

Fun fact: I used to love kickboxing at my old gym, so I brought that home with me—I now have a speed bag and am learning to hit it fast like Rocky!
