Why Annual Well-Child Visits Matter
A back‑to‑school or sports physical does more than meet school requirements. These visits give families time to:
- Check growth, development, vision, and vital signs
- Talk through physical, emotional, or behavioral health concerns
- Make sure kids are ready for school, sports, and everyday activities
- Catch up on required and recommended vaccinations
Each visit includes care from a pediatrician or pediatric nurse practitioner and the option to connect with a registered dietitian or a member of our behavioral health team.

To help families prepare for the year ahead, every child who completes a back‑to‑school or sports physical during the campaign will receive a FREE, brand‑new backpack while supplies last.

Getting ready for school sports? Our sports physicals include all required AIA paperwork, so there’s no extra running around before the season starts.
