At Mountain Park Health Center, we’re dedicated to helping every child thrive—both in the classroom and on the playing field. One of the most important ways to set your child up for a successful school year is with a well-child visit. These annual physicals are more than just a check-up—they’re a chance to catch up on vaccinations, monitor growth and development, address health concerns, and ensure your child is ready for the challenges of a new school year. In addition to seeing a pediatrician or pediatric nurse practitioner, each appointment includes a quick dental exam with a dentist and the option to meet with one of our registered dietitians or behavioral health team members. We accept most insurance types including AHCCCS!

With back-to-school season around the corner, we know how busy families can get—and how easy it is to overlook these important appointments. That’s why Mountain Park is once again offering no-cost back-to-school and sports physicals at all nine of our clinics across the Valley including in Goodyear, Glendale, Tempe, Maryvale, Central Phoenix and South Phoenix.

Through August 30, bring your child in for their physical and get them on the path to a healthy and productive school year. Whether your child is starting preschool or kindergarten, gearing up for middle school or high school sports, or just due for a check-up, we’re here to help. Our sports physicals even include all AIA paperwork for your school! If you don’t have insurance, we can schedule you to meet with an eligibility specialist to apply for AHCCCS so your child is taken care of throughout the year.
