I’m originally from Oxford, England, but I’ve lived in Glendale, AZ since my dad retired from the Air Force. I’ve always loved helping people. I started volunteering with hospice when I was 16 and knew I wanted to work in healthcare. I later ran a mobile dental practice for 11 years and found my passion in public health and dentistry.

I came to Mountain Park because I love our team approach and the way we think outside the box to care for patients. When you visit me, you can expect someone who listens, cares, and wants to help ease your worries.

One big lesson I’ve learned is that healthcare takes a whole team. It’s amazing how many people work together to care for just one person.

Outside of work, I enjoy bringing friends and family together for monthly gatherings. I also cared for my parents before they passed, just before their 50th anniversary. I try to focus on wellness by eating more plant-based meals—my daughter is vegan and does the meal prep!

Fun fact: I love to travel and dream about exploring the world someday!
