I always knew from a young age that I wanted to help people. When I got into my teenage years, I gained an interest in exercise and nutrition and the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Those interests combined with my desire to help others lead me to healthcare.

The diversity of both Mountain Park’s staff as well as its patients is what drew me to the organization. I firmly believe that we as humans cannot grow with our exposure to new experiences and diversity is essential to learning.

In health and nutrition it’s important to celebrate small successes. There are so many factors that impact a patient’s overall health, so I always do my best to recommend simple lifestyle changes to my patients that can help them reach their goals. By taking it one step at a time we are more likely to continue making positive changes.

My interests outside of work include interior design and gardening.
