Sylvia Dominguez is a Mountain Park Health Center patient. Having a long family history of diabetes, things for Sylvia were starting to look bad. With the help of her care team at Mountain Park, including Dr. Anitha Gaddam, Sylvia was able to take control of her own health. From eliminating unhealthy foods to committing to an exercise plan Sylvia did what it took to get back on track. Click the video to hear Sylvia’s story in her own words.
