Time is running out to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before the new school year starts!

In order to be fully protected against the virus by the time school starts, students need their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine right away.

Even one dose will provide some protection until your child can be fully vaccinated and get the full benefits of the vaccine (two weeks after the second dose), so schedule your appointment now!

Get your family ready to go back to school with Mountain Park Health Center and our annual back-to-school and sports physicals!

Physicals for school aged kids are no cost for AHCCCS patients and low cost (up to $3) for all others based on income eligibility.

Back-to-school physicals are also a great time to get your kids caught up on all their immunizations.

All physicals come with a free backpack! Back-to-school and sports physicals run through September 4.

We are also currently offering COVID-19 vaccines to everyone 12 and older and you don’t even need to make an appointment! Walk-ins are welcome!
